• Achievement Medal

• Meritorious Service Award
  

  GOAL: To bring forth a frater who has not been an international president or a current member of the board of directors who has demonstrated outstanding and exemplary service to Alpha Omega over a ten year period. • Certificate of Merit

• Honorary Membership
  

  GOAL: To bring forth an appropriate candidate who is not an Alpha Omega who has made an outstanding contribution to dentistry or to the allied health professions or has otherwise made an outstanding contribution to the organization. • Chapter Efficiency Award
  

  GOAL: Awarded to the alumni, student and auxiliary levels for outstanding chapter achievement and cooperation with the International Council. • The Young Alumni Leadership Award
