Heidi Weber, CAE, MBA
Heidi Weber, CAE, MBA, is the Executive Director of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity and was brought on board in July 2011. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit marketing, product and project management, and membership lifecycles, Heidi has supported both healthcare and trade association executives and organizations.
Heidi is the visionary leader and facilitator of the oldest dental and medical organization with 5,000 international members. She has been a change agent with Alpha Omega and has worked in concert with the Board of Directors on mission-related projects to benefit the members and dental community.
Heidi is overseeing the execution of the Alpha Omega-Henry Schein Cares Holocaust Survivors Oral Health Program, a three-year pilot program that answered the call from the White House in late 2014. The program has expanded from nine cities to twenty under Heidi's leadership and direction. Over 600 Holocaust Survivors have been treated.
Heidi is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the American Association of Medical Society Executives. Heidi earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in January 2017 and is a member of the ASAE Technology Council.
In her free time, Heidi trains to complete her goal of running a marathon or half-marathon in all 50 states. She currently has 24 states crossed off the list. She also volunteers with Girls on the Run Montgomery County (MD).
